Financial Planning Analyst (Hybrid)

Join RTX as a Financial Planning Analyst supporting high-visibility defense programs. You will develop foundational skills in financial analysis and program controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting in a dynamic aerospace and defense environment.

• Support weekly and monthly sales forecast development and maintenance
• Assist in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation and updates
• Perform variance analysis and identify cost, schedule, and performance drivers
• Contribute to Estimate at Completion (EAC) development
• Analyze program financial data and communicate insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
