• Manage and oversee daily operations of the Accounting Department
• Perform month and year-end processing, journal entry reviews, and reconciliations
• Lead the coordination and process of the company’s Annual Audit of Financials
• Implement process improvements and efficiencies
• Ensure GAAP compliance and prepare financial statements
• Develop and train the Accounting team
