Senior Financial Analyst

CRC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead complex accounting processes, ensure compliance, and provide financial analysis. This role involves reviewing accounts, preparing financial statements, and strengthening financial controls. You will also guide less experienced team members and recommend solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Lead accounting workstreams and projects
• Prepare, review, and analyze accounting results and financial statements
• Evaluate and resolve complex accounting issues
• Design and improve accounting procedures and controls
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external auditors
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members
