Portfolio Control Analyst

Vanguard is seeking a Portfolio Control Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ to ensure accurate and timely completion of daily fund and investment operational functions. This role involves identifying and mitigating operational risks, developing process documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients. The analyst will also participate in control and risk management efforts and special projects.

• Ensure accurate and timely fund and investment operational functions
• Maintain control of fund level processes and own fund level tasks
• Identify, measure, manage, and monitor operational risks
• Develop and maintain documentation for fund operation procedures
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and partners
• Participate in control and risk management efforts
