Roku is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, this role will play a critical role in supporting Roku Ad Sales and Product FP&A, along with supporting key business partners and developing automated reporting and forecasting solutions to drive business insight that is relevant and digestible. This role provides broad exposure to senior leadership and key decision makers across the company. Applicant should have strong communication skills, financial modeling skills, exceptional attention to detail, and be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Roku is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team, reporting to the Director of FP&A – Corporate Finance. This role will play a critical part in providing senior management with an assessment of historical and forward-looking financial performance, including analysis of business trends, risks, and opportunities. You will also play a key role in the earnings process, providing support to the CFO, VP of Investor Relations, and the Finance leadership team. Critical to success is the ability to deliver with precision under compressed timelines, balance competing priorities across earnings cycles and close periods, and proactively identify improvements that make financial reporting better, faster, and easier. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, a builder's mentality, and the intellectual curiosity to grow with the role. What are the responsibilities of the role? • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Support Earnings and Investor Relations work streams and other Corporate FP&A recurring processes such as Board of Directors meetings and Audit Committee deliverables • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analysis for senior management, the Board of Directors, and the investment community • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Develop executive-level dashboards that provide leadership with digestible and actionable insights on key operational and financial metrics • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Provide analytical support and monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of changes; conduct deep dives when observing abnormal trends • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Support long-range financial modeling and strategic analysis deliverables that inform executive decision-making • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Create in-depth business case analysis and intuitive reporting to drive intelligent decision-making • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Identify and implement improvements to make financial and operational reporting better, faster, and easier • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as needed What experience would help someone be successful in this role at Roku? • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, mathematics, or accounting • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">2+ years of investment banking experience at a bulge bracket or elite boutique with modeling-seat experience building DCFs, LBOs, or merger models from scratch • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">3+ years of total professional experience, including 2+ years of investment banking • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Advanced Excel proficiency including dynamic arrays, complex INDEX/MATCH architectures, scenario toggles, and audit-ready model builds • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Strong business acumen with understanding of how revenue assumptions cascade into margin, operating leverage, and valuation • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Comfort with DCF, comparable company analysis, and sensitivity/scenario modeling • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Superior attention to detail with demonstrated ability to deliver work that meets the highest standards of accuracy • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Ability to synthesize complex financial information and communicate it clearly to senior executives in written and verbal formats • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Self-starter with ownership mentality who operates with urgency and composure under compressed timelines • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Business partner experience such as budget management or monthly/quarterly P&L ownership (preferred) • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Experience building or contributing to long-range financial projections such as 5 to 10 year models (preferred) • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Familiarity with enterprise planning platforms such as Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar (preferred) • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">FactSet experience used for Consensus Summary and benchmarking (preferred) #LI-RR1 What's Roku's approach to hybrid working?
