Senior Accountant

Abbott is seeking a Senior Accountant in Alameda, California, to perform accounting activities, manage month-end closing, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls. This role supports the Diabetes Care and Lingo divisions within Corporate Finance Services.

• Execute timely and accurate financial activities
• Responsible for assigned month-end closing activities
• Provide guidance and support for master data requests
• Preparation of annual federal and state tax packages
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and policies
• Support internal and external audits
