About this role

JLL is seeking a Property Accountant to manage the financial reporting for a portfolio of multifamily and retail properties. This hybrid role in Westmont, IL, involves overseeing the full financial close cycle, managing accounts payable, and serving as a key financial liaison for property teams and clients.

What we are looking for

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for 4-6 properties
Execute full financial close cycle including journal entries and reconciliations
Serve as primary financial resource for on-site property teams and clients
Coordinate accounts payable process and manage bank reconciliations
Support annual budget and year-end reconciliation processes
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 2-4 years of accounting experience required
