Accountant

As an Accountant, you will manage the financial reporting for a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring accurate cash application, timely payments, and thorough analysis of financial statements. This role requires independent work to meet strict deadlines and effective collaboration with property managers and other personnel.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance explanations
• Manage cash receipts, accounts payable, and critical payment remittances
• Analyze balance sheet accounts and prepare workpapers
• Proficiency in commercial leases and Yardi software
• 2-3 years of property management accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
