Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant at PCI Pharma Services, you will play a crucial role in managing key financial processes including timekeeping, accounts payable, and expense accruals. You will collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to the efficiency of our accounting operations at our largest site.

• Manage agency timekeeping and labor accrual processes
• Oversee unvouchered vendor invoices and received not vouchered items
• Assist with invoice processing and vendor inquiries
• Complete month-end indirect expense accruals and income statement reviews
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues
