Senior Tax Accountant

Transamerica is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join their finance team. This role will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and supporting tax planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax accounting principles and experience with tax software.

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
• Assist with tax planning and research
• Reconcile tax accounts and prepare journal entries
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax legislation
