Financial Controller, SEA

Medtronic is seeking a Financial Controller for its Southeast Asia (excluding Singapore and Malaysia) operations. This role will lead financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and tax compliance, while also providing strategic financial advice to support business initiatives. You will manage a team and collaborate with various finance and support functions across the region and globally.

• Lead financial closing and reporting in compliance with US GAAP and local statutory standards
• Oversee internal controls, SOX framework, and statutory financial compliance
• Manage statutory and regulatory reporting, including audits and tax filings
• Provide accounting and tax compliance advice for business initiatives
• Drive continuous process improvements and best practices
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
