Financial Analyst 5

Lead strategic process improvement initiatives across Finance to drive standardization, automation, and transformation. Partner with global stakeholders to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance in end-to-end finance processes. This role requires deep finance process knowledge and expertise in Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation.

• Lead optimization of R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and Business Finance processes
• Drive standardization and harmonization across global finance operations
• Implement automation using RPA, AI, and workflow tools
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with global Finance leaders and cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
