Financial Reporting & Fund Administration Supervisor

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Financial Reporting & Fund Administration Supervisor in Boston to oversee financial statement preparation, regulatory filings, and expense administration for investment companies. This role involves collaborating with internal and external parties, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing a team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Review and prepare financial statements and regulatory filings
• Oversee expense administration and invoice processing
• Ensure compliance with Investment Company Act of 1940, GAAP, IFRS
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external auditors
• Manage and mentor team members
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in audit, financial reporting, or finance
