Senior Accountant

Greystar is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the accounting functions for their Development & Construction entities. This role involves legal entity accounting, financial reporting, balance sheet governance, and preparing consolidated financial statements for executive review. • Manage accounting for Development & Construction entities
• Prepare consolidated financial reporting for C-Suite
• Oversee income statement variance analysis
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Implement process improvements
