Senior Financial Analyst

Mental Health Cooperative (MHC) seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to manage monthly financial results, analyze data, and prepare reports for management and the board. This role involves interpreting financial data from various sources to guide operational initiatives, with a focus on healthcare operations and managed-Medicaid environments.

• Support monthly financial reporting package, dashboards, and KPIs
• Own analytical review of month-end close results
• Interpret financial results, identifying variances and trends
• Serve as a cross-functional analytical resource
• Assist in budget and financial forecast preparation and monitoring
• Build financial models, forecasts, and business plans with executive leadership
