As a Brokerage Tax Analyst at Fidelity, you will be a technical expert on U.S. withholding tax regulations, supporting brokerage and retirement businesses. This role involves analyzing data, overseeing operational risk, and ensuring accurate tax remittance and reporting. You will partner with various teams to modernize tax operations and adapt to regulatory changes.

What we are looking for

Subject matter expert for backup withholding, NRA withholding, and retirement withholding
Analyze large datasets to identify withholding exceptions and emerging risks
Partner with technology teams to automate processes and improve tax systems
Lead complex tax research and issue resolution
Support implementation of new tax reporting and withholding requirements
Strong data analytics skills using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
