Inventory Accounting Analyst

ZT Systems is seeking an Inventory Accounting Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory financial data. This role involves daily accounting tasks, applying US GAAP standards for inventory valuation, and assisting with financial close processes. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, analyze gross margins, and support physical inventory counts.

• Support accounting, reporting, and analysis for inventories, gross margins, and standard costs
• Prepare monthly journal entries for inventory movements, accruals, and capitalization
• Assist with monthly financial close, including inventory valuations and reserve identification
• Review gross margin data and investigate variances
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for inventory-related accounts
• Track and report on cost drivers and coordinate with Product and Sales teams
