Financial Analysis & Strategy Analyst

As a Financial Analysis & Strategy Analyst at Zendesk, you will partner with CX and cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial guidance, monitor costs, and communicate key financial developments. You will leverage financial modeling and analytics to enhance business understanding and identify value-creation opportunities, while also managing headcount forecasting and driving process improvements.

• Partner with CX and cross-functional teams on strategy and cost monitoring
• Utilize financial modeling and analytics to drive business insights
• Manage headcount forecasting and financial close processes
• Prepare financial summaries and present insights to stakeholders
• Serve as a finance point of contact for purchase and hiring requisitions
