Staff Accountant

Join Brown & Brown's growing reinsurance division as a Staff Accountant. You will support accurate accounting and administration of reinsurance agreements, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and reinsurers. This role is key to supporting financial reporting and ensuring the smooth execution of reinsurance transactions.

• Record and reconcile reinsurance activity, including daily deposits
• Maintain financial spreadsheets and support reporting
• Manage communications with clients, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders
• Support audits by preparing financial documentation
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in insurance/reinsurance
