Senior Accountant

The Jackson Laboratory seeks a Senior Accountant to manage major asset and liability accounts, including fixed assets, investments, and fund balances. This role involves timely transaction recording, monthly reconciliations, and supporting financial forecasting for a non-profit biomedical research institution.

• Manage Lawson Asset Management module for fixed assets
• Reconcile bank, treasury, and endowment investments
• Account for fund balances, including restricted gifts and endowments
• Forecast balance sheets for budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Experience with non-profit and gift accounting
