What we are looking for 6

Prepare and review quarterly/annual effective tax rate calculations (ASC 740)
Provide SEC tax footnote disclosures
Maintain SOX documentation and tax accounting policies
Assess impact of tax law changes and identify risks/opportunities
Support tax provision software and processes
Lead and train tax analysts and new team members
