Join Workday's Corporate Accounting team as an Analyst and play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will own key accounting processes, analyze financial data, perform reconciliations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality financial outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive process improvements and contribute to SOX compliance in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What we are looking for 6
- Prepare journal entries for accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments
- Own month-end reconciliations and investigate variances
- Perform flux analysis for balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Partner with FP&A, Procurement, Treasury, and other teams
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Support SOX compliance and audit efforts
