Senior Financial Analyst, GTM

Human Interest is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their Go-to-Market (GTM) Finance function. This role will be responsible for building financial models for revenue forecasting, supporting GTM operating expenses, and partnering with GTM leaders to optimize sales and marketing efficiency. The position requires strong financial modeling skills, experience with SaaS metrics, and the ability to drive insights from data.

• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated models for GTM operating expenses
• Own variance analysis and translate into actionable insights
• Serve as a strategic finance business partner to GTM leaders
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales & marketing efficiency
• Automate core systems to ensure a single source of truth
• Synthesize complex financial data for Board of Directors decks and investor materials
