Financial Analyst – Shared Services & Sales

IKO is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide critical financial and operational analysis for Shared Services, Sales, and Finance teams. This role involves managing recurring reports, supporting sales budgeting and commission calculations, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will leverage ERP and BI tools to analyze performance, identify trends, and support informed business decisions.

• Manage and analyze recurring reports (DSO, rebates, invoicing, AP/AR statistics)
• Support Sales budgeting, forecasting, and Actual vs. Budget analysis
• Calculate and validate monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual sales commissions
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for reporting automation and efficiency
• Partner with Shared Services, Sales, and Finance teams
• Proficiency in JDE ERP, Excel, and Power BI
