Program Cost Control Analyst 2 or 3 - Finance

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst to support critical national security missions in Dulles, VA. This onsite role involves preparing budgets, performing financial analyses, and maintaining accurate expenditure records to ensure contracts remain within agreed-upon parameters. The position offers a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.

• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work
• Perform financial analyses including funding profiles, sales outlooks, and variance analysis
• Maintain accurate expenditure records and manage funding requests
• Set up, monitor, and control costs and schedules on contracts
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks
• Support audits and reviews
