Finance Specialist

ING Hubs Spain is seeking a hands-on Finance Specialist to support its growing finance function. This role involves financial control, reporting, process management, and automation initiatives, with a focus on coordinating with external providers and ensuring data accuracy. • Support monthly closing activities and coordinate with external accounting provider
• Prepare, analyze, and coordinate monthly financial and management reporting packages
• Document and implement finance processes and controls
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
• Participate in the implementation of finance systems and automation initiatives
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports and analysis
