Senior Financial Analyst

Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with their Product and Technology teams in Hyderabad. This role focuses on forecasting, cost management, and strategic planning to enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency for purpose-driven organizations. You will leverage AI-assisted tools and collaborate with global teams to drive accurate insights and scalable processes.

• Partner with Product and Technology leaders on budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning
• Lead forecasting and planning cycles, including 24-month forecasts and annual budgets
• Deliver timely monthly reporting with variance analysis
• Own cost analysis and support vendor/investment reviews
• Improve reporting processes through automation and standardization
• Develop executive-level financial presentations
