Financial Plan & Analysis Associate

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Associate to join their Gurugram team. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end accounting and reporting services within a Shared Services environment, supporting timely financial closes, balance sheet integrity, and process improvements. You will collaborate with various finance teams and auditors to ensure accurate financial results.

• Perform month-end/quarter-end/year-end close activities
• Own and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Provide variance analysis and commentary
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream teams
