Analyst, Accounting and Reporting

PHINIA is seeking an Analyst, Accounting and Reporting to manage monthly and quarterly accounting for stock-based compensation, lease accounting, and equity investments. This role supports quarter-end financial reporting and assists with various projects, reporting to the Manager of Consolidations. The position is hybrid, requiring three days a week at our Auburn Hills headquarters.

• Prepare accounting for stock-based compensation, EPS, leases, and equity investments
• Support quarter-end financial reporting disclosures and external reporting
• Assist with consolidations process and ad-hoc reporting projects
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
• CPA or CPA eligible required
