Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant at Tessera, you will be a key individual contributor responsible for complex accounting tasks, multi-state business setups, and sales and use tax compliance. You will partner with various departments to establish scalable processes, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting for our mission-driven organization.

• Lead finance-related setup for new state operations, including research and registrations
• Manage state and local account registrations for sales tax, payroll, and other business taxes
• Perform detailed G&A expense analysis, variance reviews, and forecasting
• Coordinate sales and use tax compliance, including research and reconciliations
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities and prepare audit schedules
• Develop and deliver financial analyses and management reporting
