Senior Financial Analyst

Sun Life is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Group Retirement Services (GRS) Finance team. This role will focus on expense management for the Client Solutions Center (CSC), including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc analysis. You will also be involved in client profitability management, strategic initiative assessment, and creating financial dashboards.

• Manage annual Cost to Serve (CTS) model
• Lead analysis of profitability growth levers
• Lead expense studies and industry benchmark surveys
• Support month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting
• Analyze expense trends and recommend savings opportunities
• Present findings to senior management
