About this role
Join BDO as a Senior Insolvency Analyst supporting our Tax Center of Excellence. You will coordinate, prepare, and process insolvency-related tax returns and CRA matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role involves reviewing tax documentation, investigating refunds, managing estate records, and communicating with internal teams and the CRA.
What we are looking for
6- Prepare and file pre-bankruptcy, post-bankruptcy, and prior-year income tax returns
- Monitor and manage tax requests from a centralized inbox
- Respond to tax-related inquiries and investigate held tax refunds
- Review Notices of Assessment, tax slips, and supporting documentation
- Minimum 2 years of tax preparation experience
- Experience with CRA processes for T1s, refunds, offsets, and GST/HST returns
