Inventory Accounting Associate - Contract

Nutrafol is seeking a contract Inventory Accounting Associate to support their accounting team. This role focuses on contract manufacturing reporting, inventory reconciliation, and supplier invoicing. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate financial reporting of inventory transactions.

• Reconcile contract manufacturing activity and production runs
• Process product receipts and track inventory movements
• Manage prepaid supplier invoices and vendor statement reconciliations
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Partner with cross-functional teams for data accuracy
• Utilize D365 and Exflow
