Associate Accountant

HARMAN is seeking an Associate Accountant for their Finance Shared Service Center in Suzhou, China. This role is responsible for end-to-end General Ledger activities, including period-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting, while driving process improvements.

• Handle daily activities for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Prepare, review, and post general ledger journal entries
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and analyze variances
• Manage fixed asset accounting lifecycle
• Support financial statement preparation and audits
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
