Accounting Specialist

IDEX is seeking an Accounting Specialist in St. Albans, Vermont, to process customer deposits and vendor invoices, maintain financial records, and support accounts payable and receivable. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions in a manufacturing environment.

• Process vendor invoices and perform three-way matching
• Maintain vendor and customer records
• Reconcile customer and vendor statements
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Support internal and external audits
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office required
