Accounting (ESG Controllership & Reporting) - Manager

Mastercard is seeking an Accounting Manager for its ESG Controllership & Reporting team. This role will support the Director of ESG Controllership & Reporting in advancing the company's ESG reporting, regulatory compliance, and controllership priorities. You will execute key workstreams related to sustainability reporting, ESG metrics, and regulatory implementation.

• Support implementation of global sustainability reporting requirements (CSRD, ISSB, EU Taxonomy, California climate disclosures)
• Execute ESG reporting roadmaps, governance, metrics, and disclosures
• Support climate and GHG reporting processes
• Prepare, review, and analyze ESG metrics and KPIs
• Leverage Workiva for ESG metrics collection, workflow, and reporting
• Assist in evaluating ESG metric methodologies and reporting boundaries
