What we are looking for

Review daily activities of the Commercial Services Portfolio
Ensure systems accurately reflect all loans and charges
Research and process/resolve suspense items and loan exceptions
Collect and process payments for dealer wholesale and commercial loans
Respond to dealer inquiries via phone and email
Report heightened risks or unusual situations to management
