About this role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, Associate Support, you will provide essential accounting services to a portfolio of stores, managing associate changeovers and year-end settlements. You will analyze store financial data, support store operations through direct communication, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Prepare and deliver associate changeover packages and tax information
- Analyze periodic optional equity and Paid Services results for stores
- Prepare annual associate year-end settlements and financial results
- Perform balance sheet account analysis, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Monitor associate draw accounts and equity positions for risk identification
- Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and process improvement projects
