Staff Accountant

Arkansas Blue Cross is seeking a Staff Accountant to prepare, analyze, and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP. You will perform advanced accounting functions, reconcile general ledger accounts, and support financial reporting audits. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior accountants and contribute to critical financial processes.

• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements
• Perform advanced accounting functions including journal entries and reconciliations
• Reconcile, confirm, and maintain general ledger accounts
• Assist with financial reporting audits
• Mentor and coach less experienced accountants
• Minimum three years of accounting experience required
