Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will support accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will analyze budget-to-actual variances and contribute to process improvements. This role offers a hybrid work environment at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario.

• Manage general ledger accounts and prepare financial reports
• Own the month-end close process for balance sheet and P&L
• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile complex accounts
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances and support business decisions
• Drive finance process improvements
• 1-2 years of accounting/finance experience
