Premium Accounting Specialist

As a Premium Accounting Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end accounts receivable and collections process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth cash flow. You will reconcile premium transactions, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve billing issues, acting as a key link between policy administration and finance teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Reconcile, maintain, and analyze accounts payables and suspense accounts
• Manage outstanding account balance communication and collections
• Resolve cash application activities and investigate discrepancies
• Issue and reconcile premium payments, commissions, and refunds
• Support month-end close activities and departmental projects
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve workflows
