Support IT financial management lifecycle including budget, execution, and reporting
Develop and maintain spend plans aligned with IT project schedules
Track and reconcile IT obligations, expenditures, and accruals
Perform lifecycle cost analysis and TCO assessments
Prepare financial reports and support audit readiness
Requires Secret Security Clearance
