Join BenchPrep as a Staff/Senior Accountant to support our growing finance team. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, analyze data, and ensure compliance. This remote role involves contributing to budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements to support our financial health and strategic decision-making.
What we are looking for
6- Manage accounting functions including reconciliations, journal entries, AR, AP, and Billing
- Analyze and review company expenditures and expense allocations
- Ensure accounting treatment aligns with GAAP and company policies
- Analyze billing transactions for proper revenue recognition
- Assist in building financial statements and budget variance analysis
- Prepare year-end schedules for tax returns
