Assistant Store Director

This role assists the Store Director in managing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring all departments are staffed, trained, and operating to company standards. You will help cultivate a positive, customer-focused store culture, monitor financial performance, and execute corporate plans.

• Assist with overall retail store management including staffing and training
• Develop and monitor department budgets and financial performance
• Provide leadership to foster a positive, high-performing store culture
• Ensure compliance with corporate merchandising and inventory programs
• Implement service programs to achieve a customer-oriented store
• Three years of experience in a retail grocery environment
