Financial Reporting Accountant

BD, a global medical technology company, seeks a Financial Reporting Accountant to manage financial close processes across multiple ERP systems. This role involves creating dashboards to track closing activities, reconciling balance sheets, preparing financial packages, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and controls.

• Manage financial close processes across multiple ERP environments
• Create and maintain dashboards for tracking closing activities and status
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and prepare financial packages (BPC)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley
• Collaborate with BPO partners and internal/external auditors
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
