Accounting Analyst (Hybrid) - Controller's Office

This hybrid role in the Student Accounting department involves managing various accounting workflows, including late fees, delinquent receivables, and student sponsor billing. You will also handle health insurance reconciliations, provide customer service, and act as a backup for the department manager, requiring strong analytical and financial system skills.

• Manage late fee process and ServiceNow tickets
• Oversee stale-dated check activity and unclaimed property reporting
• Manage delinquent student receivable balances and bad debt adjustments
• Reconcile health insurance activity and process payments
• Provide customer service to students, parents, and departments
• Assist with 1098T process and serve as backup to management
