Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller at ING in Luxembourg, you will partner with the Private Banking business to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and manage performance. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, while also enhancing management dashboards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as a trusted business partner to Private Banking leadership
• Identify key business drivers, opportunities, and risks
• Drive annual budget and periodic forecasting processes
• Contribute to monthly analytical closing and performance analysis
• Build and enhance management reporting and performance dashboards
• Transform complex financial data into actionable insights
