Senior Group Accountant

Ontic is seeking a Senior Group Accountant to support external and statutory financial reporting, and act as a technical accounting resource. This role involves leading the preparation of consolidated financial statements, technical accounting papers for complex transactions like M&A, and managing relationships with external auditors.

• Prepare annual consolidated financial statements and reporting documents
• Prepare technical accounting papers for complex transactions (M&A, debt, etc.)
• Manage external audit requests and facilitate timely completion
• Oversee Group provisioning, deferred, and contingent liability balances
• Support US GAAP to IFRS and UK GAAP to IFRS conversions
• Business partner with site finance teams, Legal, Operations, and IT
