About this role

Join Windrose on Hudson as an Accounting Clerk to manage daily revenue transactions, reconcile accounts, and process accounts payable and receivable. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong computer and Excel skills to support the finance team in a beautiful riverside conference setting.

What we are looking for

Reconcile daily revenue transactions and credit card postings
Audit and post AP invoices for payment processing
Prepare and invoice AR accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and support documentation
Proficient in Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables
Experience with hotel Front Office and POS systems preferred
