Budget Analyst

The City of Tucson is seeking a Budget Analyst to join their Business Services Department. This role involves assisting in budget preparation and monitoring, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports to support decision-making. The position works under the supervision of the Budget Manager and does not supervise others.

• Assist in preparation and monitoring of budgets
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Review budget transfer requests and amendments
• Forecast future financial performance
• Support budget monitoring and forecasting activities
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience required
